Kurthi - Re-designed

How are you? I am doing well; my kid is having vacations now and he keeps me busy all the time. So I am unable to carry out any big embroidery projects

 

  That’s why a small experiment with ready-made kurthi and it hardly take time to complete. 

  Last week I bought a white Kurthi which is already with a simple printed patch on the border and neckline.  I have tried some lazy daisy design around the neck and boarder.  Here I have used threads matching the design of the patches.

 

 Now, this is the result… hmmm… not so bad I think…

Bed Sheet and Pillow Cover Set

Hi all; how are you?

             Hope you all like this bed sheet and pillow cover set done with simplest stitch i.e chain stitch.

This is our third bed sheet project.  Hope you all like this bed sheet and pillow cover set done with simplest stitch i.e chain stitch. It’s a cotton peach color bed sheet, and colors used are deep pink, purple, and olive green and little bit sky blue in between.  
It was a very easy project for us because of chain stitch and the second reason was me and my Amma worked together on this pattern. We finished it “just like that”. :)  You may also try this project easy and doesn't take much time.
