Hand Embroidery on Saree

Hye all,

Look what I got….. This beautiful hand embroidered saree is my Amma’s gift for me. One of my favourite and special saree for me.

This is georgette, olive green colour saree, work is done with silk thread. She used buttonhole and herringbone stitches for flowers. All blue shaded lines are done with chain stitch. Pink and blue colour kundans are used to enrich the look.

You can observe a single border on the upper side and double lower border.  A complete filling is done on the pallu.

Thank you, Amma for such the lovely gift.<3 <3 <3
